Building healthy habits and making lasting lifestyle changes doesn’t happen overnight. Small steps and consistent progress add up over time. That’s why staying engaged with your care matters.

The 9amHealth program is designed to support those small wins, and your Consistency Score helps you track your engagement along the way inside the 9amHealth app.

Your consistency score goal: at least 50 points

The score looks at what you have done in the last 30 days to see how engaged you are by checking:

  • Starting fresh — 20 points

  • Logging a weight value — 10 points/each

  • Completing an educational module — 10 points/each

  • Performing a program activity — 10 points/each (points are awarded only after module completion)

    • Creating or completing a meal plan

    • Uploading a photo of your food and generating a meal insight

    • Reading an article

    • Completing a lab test

    • Reviewing your labs or vitals in Charts

    • Logging a vital value (other than weight)

    • Scheduling or completing an appointment

    • Answering a questionnaire (if available)

    • Sending or reading messages with your Care Team
