Delightful Greek Yogurt Sundae

Are you craving a delicious and indulgent-tasting treat that's also packed with nutrients? Our Greek Yogurt Sundae combines creamy yogurt, fresh berries, crunchy nuts, and nutrient-dense flaxseeds. This dessert is not only delicious but also vegetarian, gluten-free, and requires no cooking – making it perfect for a sweet, yet healthy treat.

  • Time: 5 minutes 

Ingredients: 

  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt 
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • 2 tablespoons cashew, walnut, or almond pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed.

 

Preparation: 

  • Spoon the yogurt into a small bowl.

  • Top with fresh berries of your choice, nuts and flaxseed.

  • Garnish with mint and serve.

Tip:  Use fresh or frozen berries. If using frozen berries, take them out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before preparing so they can thaw.
