Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- 2 tablespoons cashew, walnut, or almond pieces
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed.
Preparation:
- Spoon the yogurt into a small bowl.
- Top with fresh berries of your choice, nuts and flaxseed.
- Garnish with mint and serve.
Tip: Use fresh or frozen berries. If using frozen berries, take them out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before preparing so they can thaw.
