This app feature will become available soon.

Are you trying to renew your GLP-1 prescription? Before you go to the pharmacy, make sure that you’ve met your Consistency Score requirements.

Your Consistency Score is based on your interactions with your health management tools on the 9amHealth app. It reflects how often you log key activities, such as weighing yourself, tracking your blood pressure, or interacting with the app and checking in with your Care Team.

Your 9amHealth app profile tracks your Consistency Score, making it easier to see your progress and reach your health goals—all while staying eligible for your GLP-1 prescription renewal.

You can find your Consistency Score by opening the 9amHealth app and logging in with your email address and password. Visit your profile to see your Consistency Score, along with your account details.

Maintain your score (on your schedule)

Centered on your goals, your Consistency Score will track your Healthy Weight Journey, offering specific guidance tailored to your needs.

These requirements are designed to help you stay on track without disrupting your daily routine. Here’s an overview of how you can maintain your Consistency Score:

Weight Tracking

Track and log your weight at least 4 times every 30 days. This will provide helpful insights to inform your health plan and medication refills.

Program Interactions

Use the 9amHealth at least 4 times every 30 days. This includes completing open tasks, getting your labs done, messaging with your Care Team, completing educational modules, reviewing curated articles, scanning your meals with Meal Insights, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Consistency Score do I need to fill my GLP-1 prescription?

To stay on track for your GLP-1 prescription, you’ll need a score of 100 when it's time to refill.

How can I reach a score of 100?

A score of 100 means you’ve done all the essentials within the last 30 days.  Your score is calculated based on your activity over the past 30 days. That means it can go up or down as your engagement changes, so don’t worry if it fluctuates. A high score means you’re regularly engaging with your program. Your score resets at the start of every 30 days.

Your score is based on a 100-point system across three areas:

  • Start fresh: You start with 20 points just by showing up, because it’s great that you’re here.
  • Weight tracking: Each weigh-in is worth 10 points, up to 4 every 30 days (max. 40 points).
  • Program interactions: Completing modules or using app features each earns 10 points, up to 4 every 30 days (max 40 points).

To reach a high score, aim for steady activity in each category. For example, weighing yourself weekly and finishing four program interactions within 30 days already gets you most of the way there. Staying in touch with your Care Team can help raise your score even higher.

What happens when my score is low?

You can interpret a lower score as an opportunity to reconnect with the Care Team and engage to stay on top of your health goals. Staying engaged helps ensure you get the maximum benefits from the program. In some cases, your score may be part of your health plan’s requirements and linked to specific benefits, such as medication refills. Staying engaged helps ensure everything runs smoothly.
