Building healthy habits and making lasting lifestyle changes doesn’t happen overnight. Small steps and consistent progress add up over time. That’s why staying engaged with your care matters.

The 9amHealth program is designed to support those small wins, and your Consistency Score helps you track your engagement along the way inside the 9amHealth app.

Your Consistency Score goal: at least 80 points per month for 3 months

The Consistency Score looks at your participation over the last 30 days. You can check your score by logging in and checking within your profile.

Here are all the ways you can earn points:

  1. Maintain active membership — 20 points (valid for 30 days). You earn these points simply by logging in.

  2. Logging a weight value — 10 points per recorded weight (up to 40 points active at a time; each log counts for 30 days)

  3. Complete weekly "Path to Healthy Weight" modules  — 10 points per completed module (up to 40 points active at a time; each completed module counts for 30 days) You must complete all 12/12 assigned modules before you can earn points for Program Interactions. Modules unlock one at a time. The next module opens only when the previous module is completed and at least 7 days have passed since the previous module was started.

Complete program interactions —10 points per activity (up to 40 points active at a time; each action counts for 30 days). You must complete 12/12 modules to receive credit for program interactions.
