Why these steps matter
GLP-1 medications can be a helpful tool for healthy weight loss. Many people achieve the best results when medication is combined with consistent habits such as weight tracking, nutrition support, and regular check-ins with their Care Team. These program activities help your Care Team understand what’s working, monitor your progress, and adjust your care plan if needed.
